 Works great August 1, 2008
THis power adapter works great...however I should have read closer to see what came with my navigation system...turns out I didn't need to buy this adapter:( Oh well that was my faught!

I bought this and been using it for a bit now. I have not had any issues with it and so far it feels like it's not going to break.
Magellan 12 V power adapter December 7, 2007
perfect replacement for original which developed an intermittant after being caught in glove box door. A better replacement than the Radio Shack universal since the orignal fits better. I still use a rubber band to hold the power cord on to the GPS to prevent accidental separation.

I purchased this power adapter for a Magellan 760 Roadmate navigator. I also ordered the connector for the navigator at the same time. The add from your recommendation had no indication of unavailablity of the part. They, after a month still have not filled the order and without the item I cannot use the power adaptor.

Was sold to me as an accessory but wasn't needed because there was already one that came with the GPS. Had to return it.
