Works Great January 6, 2009
This is a great product. I bought this because I had a first edition Blackberry Curve which does not have the built in GPS. I used this product while traveling to Atlanta (if you ever had to drive in Atlanta, you know what an adventure that can be). The positioning is accurate and it rarely looses signal. It does, at times, take a minute or two to get the GPS signal initially. The device is about the size of a credit card so it can fit in your pocket, laptop bag or backpack. You get a car charger and wall charger which can be used for most mini-usb devices.
The vent mount leaves something to be desired but it's a bonus so no harm no fouls. You might have to get creative in mounting the GPS; I used a small Velcro circle on my window and back of the GPS to hold it in place. It is nice to have a GPS that is mounted and you can have your Blackberry anywhere (back seat, lap or the passenger holding it). With some built in GPS's, you have to have a clear view of the sky. I use the AT&T Telnav.
Great product and works as advertised.
