Works great (but beware dollar store coax cables!) December 31, 2008
I am very happy with this product. It works exactly as advertised.
When I first hooked up my new modulator and a DVD player to an old TV, I got a terrible, snowy picture. Having been bitten by cheap coax cables before (the ones that go to the threaded F connector), I suspected that the one I had bought at the dollar store was poor quality. Sure enough, when I replaced it the picture was perfect.
I have only had the modulator one day, and a couple of the other reviewers had theirs fail early. I noticed "Limited Lifetime Warranty" on the package, so if it goes bad, get a new one!
 Good way to match svideo vcr to old tv December 14, 2008
I bought this product because my old VCR finally died and the replacement vcr I bought would not connect to my old 13 inch TV. However, with this modulator I was able to hook them up. Easy to install with good directions and worked great.

This product failed after only two weeks. Not having a warranty was a disappointment. So I purchased a new one from K-mart.

this is not what i wanted made a mistake on getting it and before the person maild it i canceld it and he said no

It slowly died, It started with faint nearly non visible lines on the screen to it completely dieing. The plug would not power back up. Find another product with better quality.
