nice sound January 7, 2009
bought them a month ago. Nice sound. Put the base in a closet downstairs and was able to use it upstairs in my house. Of course, there is the occasional hiss sound when you move far from the base, and this is to be expected in any wireless headphone. if you can live with that, these phones are great. Good name and great reviews in general online. Buy it.

Bought these for my 88 year old mother-in-law to use while watching TV. They work perfectly. They are easy to use and clear as a bell. She is technologically challenged but has no problems with these. Might buy a pair for myself.

The headphones are wonderful! They are for my husband and he loves them. The sound quality is great. The loud TV bothers me no more. Even my very hard of hearing 83 year old mother-in-law loves them - she could hear EVERYTHING on the TV.

Sennheiser RS 130 Wireless Surround Sound Headphones
With the RS-130, I can hear all the words better than just turning up the volume of the TV. The SRS adds a fullness and clarity to the sound. My wife appreciates hearing the TV at her preferred lower volume, and yet with wearing the RS-130 I can carry on a conversation with her and her comments about the TV program. Even when she is not around, I find I prefer wearing the RS-130 instead of turning up the TV sound. It is comfortable and stays in place even while using a treadmill. It is nice to be able to not miss any of the dialog, even when going to he kitchen.
