I received the GPS quickly after ordering it. I did have a few problems with the device. 1. It would not hold a charge, it was dying as soon as I started using it. 2. The car charger didn't work, so that was a huge problem. I contacted the company. They replaced the car charger and the whole GPS for free. So, now I'm happy again!

I really like my GPS. It's very nice. It has worked for a long time. I bought it refurbished and the price was great. My only complaint is that the street pronunciations are not very good.

I've always wanted a portable GPS, and when the price dropped on the XL-S, I jumped on it. It currently resides in my wife's car and she uses it constantly. It has good battery life when not plugged in, and makes finding locations extremely easy.
It's refurbished, but I couldn't tell. It came in a new box with wrapped cables and even a screen protector. I'm so satisfied with this product that I plan to buy a second one for myself.
