Amazon seems to have deceptive advertising, as the item pictured & described was NOT the item I received. In fact, I sent the original item back and the customer service agent assured me they would get it right. WRONG! Amazon sent the same item as the first one, again NOT as displayed or described as on their website.
I can't rate the item as I sent it back TWICE, just the poor advertising and customer service of Amazon. I did however eventually get a refund, but only after a LENGTHY call to Amazon's customer service center, being put on hold several times, and eventually transferred to a supervisor.
This experience has me second-thinking my business relationship with Amazon - I will ONLY do business with them if I really, really have to!
